Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how paid subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Unblockr VPN.

Plans and pricing

Unblockr VPN is offered as a recurring subscription. Current prices and billing periods are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer monthly, yearly, trial, promotional, or other subscription options from time to time.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, your trial gives access to the service for the trial period shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged for the plan you selected.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. By starting a subscription, you authorize Unblockr VPN and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

Web purchases

Web checkout payments are processed by Stripe. After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription from the Manage Subscription page linked from your activation page or activation email.

In-app purchases

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Cancellation, billing updates, and refunds for in-app purchases must be handled through the relevant app store account settings and are subject to that store's policies.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period or trial period, unless otherwise stated by the payment platform.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request a refund for a web purchase, email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and a brief explanation. For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge, ask you to update your payment method, limit access, or cancel the subscription if payment is not resolved.

Changes to plans or pricing

We may change available plans, features, or pricing. If a change affects an active subscription, we will handle it according to applicable law and the rules of the payment platform used for the subscription.
